As always, quick and professional help, with endless patience for me as a 'simple' user. Whatever I ask, Sander always seems to be able to find it and solve it. In addition to solving the initial question, something useful is also arranged left and right, so that everything works even better and faster on my laptop. I start such a help moment with sweat on my back, but afterwards I sit back behind my screen with a broad grin because everything works again.

Sander has become my go-to person for all my Apple-related questions. I’m in the process of buying a new laptop and easily get overwhelmed by the number of choices. So I scheduled an appointment with Sander to ask him for his advice. He is not only very knowledgeable, but really offers independent, objective advice. He really takes your computer use into consideration and then suggests a laptop that best fits that use. I’m so relieved I don’t have to make these decisions on my own, scrolling through endless websites and reviews. This is not only time-consuming but also does not make the decision-making process any easier. If anyone can relate to this, then I can highly recommend including Sander in this decision-making process!

After I completely lost my overview of the backup of my photos (on Mac and in iCloud), I contacted Sander. Although that initially felt like a leap of faith for me (because: using a paid service from a stranger), the first personal meeting with Sander immediately removed this discomfort. Sander is both sympathetic and knowledgeable; an excellent combination of properties. Sander has created order where I could not do it myself. First through a home visit and then remotely. That worked great. All my photos have now been merged into one on an external hard drive and are backed up on another drive. A soothing thought, for which I am very grateful to Sander! I highly recommend the services of Sander Mac.hulp!

Finally solved that annoying "bug" after years. Sander had solved the recurring frustration in 3 clicks. And it wasn't even my question. He also patiently researched the question for me and provided a solution. Very nice! I will definitely ask him for help again.

Because perfection does not exist, I give four stars here, but I am very satisfied with the way Mac Hulp (Sander) helped me. The issue was a transition from old to a new iPhone to get all kinds of Microsoft Office apps working again. Without his help, this would have remained an impossibility (because Microsoft does not offer a service that is useful to you).The synchronization was achieved calmly, quickly and friendly, and with a joke in between. Money well spent! Recommended.

Very satisfied with Sander's Apple home help! I had all kinds of problems and uncertainties about my Mac and iPhone that I couldn't figure out and which made working very cumbersome and frustrating. Everything was resolved in one evening! I was able to ask all my questions and almost everything turned out to have a solution. The only regret I have is that I didn't do this sooner :-). Recommended! Especially if you're new to Apple, like me.
